Usually the school charges $9000 NT (about $270) for 5 hours of instruction and testing for your license. There was no way I would spend that much money on something I already knew how to do- drive. I just needed to practice the ridiculous "S" curve for the driving test. So, we paid $1000 NT ($30) and I got to practice the "S" curve over and over, until I knew I could pass the test today.
And I did! I got my license today! Now, if only I'm brave enough to drive on the road with all those scooters. Yikes!
