Since my belly has grown nice and round, we told Elias how Didi is there and he's a baby. From time to time, Elias will point at my belly and say, "Didi," and sometimes even give him a kiss.
However, since Elias is so small, we all know that he doesn't really understand what we're telling him...
He's pointed to Andy's belly and called it "Didi."
He's pointed to his own belly and called it "Didi."
Most often, though, he points at my chest and says, "Didi." I say, "No, Didi is down here," as I point to my belly. But he just points again at my chest and says, "Didi." :P
